Use your debit or credit card. • No worry of expiration date, and no need to keep track of tans left. • No worry on when or how to pay. • Membership is on a month-to-month basis, and can be canceled at any time with 30-day notice. • Membership can be frozen for the months you don’t tan indoors. Freeze your membership up to 6 months per calendar year. A $2.95 service charge per month is charged to maintain membership. • Automatic payment makes for a fast and easy check in. General Information You Should Know: • One time Sign up fee and pro-rated current month dues are due at time of signing up. • Monthly dues are drafted on the 5th of the month. • Members can freeze their membership up to 6 months per calendar year. Frozen month is from the 1st through the end of the month. • To freeze membership a written notice must be submitted by the 10th of the month for freeze to be effective for the following month. • To cancel membership a written notice must be submitted by the 1st of the month for cancellation to be effective for the following month.
